SHIPPING POLICY
All verified orders will receive an initial e-mail confirming the purchase and a second e-mail with tracking information when the item is shipped.
All orders take 4-6 weeks to complete. Note that during peak seasons, shipments may experience delays.
To provide the best customer service, we must receive any concerns regarding orders in writing within 14 days of placing the order or seven days after the delivery.
David Mir Fine Art and our team of artists are devoted to quality. Many of our products are handmade; each unique piece will have subtle variances.

Estimated Shipping Times:

Standard: 1-7 business days (domestic) after the order is shipped.
These are approximate shipping times. We cannot guarantee that an item will deliver within these timeframes. Contact us for assistance with shipments that exceed the above timeframes, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Where We Ship:
We currently ship to all 50 states.
International customers are responsible for duty and tax on delivery. Duty and tax may vary by country. Refused packages will be considered forfeited and are not eligible for refund or credit.
Lost Package:
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped, if available. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for claims made with the shipping carrier.
Cancellations and Changes to Existing Orders:
Due to the artwork being made-to-order, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or modifications to your order will be allowed. We will not refund the original shipping costs if a shipment is returned to us.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please get in touch with us immediately.
