RETURNS POLICY
Due to the artwork being made-to-order, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or modifications to your order will be allowed. We will not refund the original shipping costs if a shipment is returned to us.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
To provide the best customer service, we must receive any concerns regarding orders in writing within 14 days of placing the order or seven days after the delivery.
Original shipping fees are not refundable. customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped, if available. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for claims made with the shipping carrier.
David Mir Fine Art and our team of artists are devoted to quality. Many of our products are handmade; each unique piece will have subtle variances.
